Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Web Catalog Service B2B export catalog platform (the "Platform") operated by B.K.G.D. Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Platform" means the online product information and buyer consultation service operated by the Company.

② "Member" means an overseas buyer, importer, distributor, or other business entity approved by the Company after agreeing to these Terms.

③ "Non-member" means a person who accesses the Platform without membership registration.

④ "Product Information" means product catalogs, images, specifications, and descriptions registered by the Company or its partners.

Article 3 (Services)

The Company provides the following services to members:

  1. Product catalog and product information
  2. Product inquiry reception
  3. Quote request reception
  4. Sample request consultation
  5. Consultation support between suppliers and buyers
  6. Other services determined by the Company

Article 4 (Membership and Approval)

① Business entities or purchasing managers may apply for membership.

② The Company may review business information, country, and industry to determine approval.

③ The Company may reject or cancel approval in cases of false information, competitive or fraudulent purposes, operational disruption, or other inappropriate circumstances.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

① Approved members may browse product information on the Platform.

② Members may submit product inquiries and consultation requests through the Platform.

③ Actual supply, contracts, payment, and delivery are handled through separate agreements.

④ Product information on the Platform is for reference; actual transaction terms are confirmed separately.

Article 6 (Transaction Responsibility)

① The Platform provides product information and consultation linkage services.

② Purchase contracts, pricing, MOQ, payment, delivery, and quality assurance are subject to separate party agreements.

③ The Company strives to maintain accuracy but is not liable for damages from information changes or errors.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members shall not:

  1. Register false information
  2. Unauthorized copying or provision of Platform information to third parties
  3. Unauthorized collection of business information
  4. Acts that interfere with Platform operation
  5. Acts violating applicable laws

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

① Copyright of product images, catalogs, documents, and designs belongs to the Company or respective rights holders.

② Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use such content without prior Company approval.

Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may restrict use or terminate membership for Terms violations, illegal acts, rights infringement, or operational interference.

Article 10 (Privacy)

The Company protects member personal information in accordance with applicable laws and its privacy policy.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

① The Company is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure.

② The Company is not liable for disputes between members or between members and suppliers.

③ The Company is not liable for damages from product information changes, price fluctuations, or inventory changes.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms are effective from June 20, 2026.
